Introduction

Welcome to Yue2Song. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://yue2song.com and our AI lyrics-to-song, lyric writing and related tools (the "Services").

By using the Services, creating an account, buying a plan or credits, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Definitions

  • "Yue2Song", "we", "us" and "our" means Yue2Song and the team operating the Services.
  • "You" and "user" means the person or entity using the Services.
  • "Input" means lyrics, titles, style descriptions, ideas, settings and any other material you submit.
  • "Output" means songs, audio files, AI-written lyrics and any other result generated through the Services.
  • "Credits" means usage units consumed when you generate songs or use other paid features.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and you need permission from a parent or guardian if you are under the age of majority where you live. Keep your account information accurate and your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@yue2song.com if you think your account has been compromised.

The Service

Yue2Song lets you turn lyrics and a style description into songs with vocals and a full arrangement, draft lyrics with an AI helper, listen to results in your browser, keep them in your history, and download MP3 files on a paid plan.

  • The AI model. Songs are generated by the Suno V6 music model, accessed through a third-party API provider. Lyric drafts are written by a third-party text AI model.
  • No affiliation with YuE2. Yue2Song is an independent online alternative to YuE2. We do not run the YuE2 model and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by M-A-P or the YuE2 project. "YuE2" is used only to describe what the Services are an alternative to.
  • Changes. We may add, change, limit or discontinue features, models or providers at any time. Some features may be rate-limited or unavailable in some regions.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services to:

  • Break any law or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
  • Submit lyrics you do not have the right to use, or try to recreate, cover or imitate copyrighted songs.
  • Imitate or clone the voice of a real singer or other real person, or present Output as the work of a real artist.
  • Create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
  • Use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to get extra free credits, bypass limits or payment, or overload the Services.
  • Reverse engineer the Services, extract our prompts, or resell the Services as a competing product without our written permission.

We may remove content, withhold or reverse credits obtained through abuse, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action if we believe these Terms have been broken.

Content Rights

Your Input

You keep ownership of your Input. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. You give Yue2Song a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process and transmit your Input, including to our AI providers, only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Services and to comply with the law.

Output and Commercial Use

You may use Output generated through your account for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as listening, sharing with friends and family, or personal gifts.

Commercial licensing terms for Output are still being finalized, and depend in part on the terms of our AI providers. Until we publish them, we make no promise that Output can be used commercially (for example in monetized videos, advertising, streaming releases or client work). If you plan any commercial use, contact support@yue2song.com first.

AI-generated Output may not be unique. Similar results may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that Output is protectable by copyright or free from third-party claims. You are responsible for how you use and publish Output.

Public Use

We will not use your lyrics or songs in public marketing without your permission.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including our software, design, text and trademarks, are owned by Yue2Song or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. YuE2, Suno and other third-party names belong to their respective owners.

AI Disclaimer

AI generation is probabilistic. Songs may not follow your lyrics exactly, may mispronounce words, or may not match the style you described. Regenerating may give a different result. You are responsible for deciding whether Output is suitable for your purpose.

Payments, Subscriptions and Credits

Some features require payment, a subscription or credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. By buying, you authorize the charge of the applicable fees and taxes, and of renewals for subscriptions.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Credits are used when you generate songs. A song generation currently costs 10 credits and returns two songs. Credits are only deducted when a generation succeeds. Credits may expire as shown in your account, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Free credits given at sign-up or in promotions can be changed or withdrawn at any time and have no cash value.
  • Downloads. Listening online is free. Downloading MP3 files requires an active subscription or purchased credits, as described on the pricing page.
  • Price changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Service Availability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific generation times, specific output quality, or that generated songs will stay available forever. Download anything you want to keep.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms, create risk for other users or for us, fail to pay, or if the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third parties, including Cloudflare, Stripe, Google, PostHog and AI model providers, and link to third-party websites such as GitHub and Hugging Face. We are not responsible for their services, content or policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yue2Song disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yue2Song will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yue2Song and its team and service providers from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Input, your use of Output, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Disputes

Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@yue2song.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Yue2Song operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually and not as a class action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Yue2Song about the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
